Phyllis J. Tuholski, 70, of Mill Creek, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Memorial Hospital of South Bend.
Phyllis was born in La Porte, IN, on April 22, 1951 to Phillip Heim and Frances (Shaw) Wegiel. On June 17, 1972 in La Porte, IN, she married Lawrence "Larry" Tuholski who survives. Also surviving are her children, Meri Mannia of Rolling Prairie and Joe Tuholski of La Porte; 4 grandchildren, Nathan and Lukas Tuholski of Mill Creek and Brayden and Brooklyn Mannia of Rolling Prairie; brother, Bud Hough of Mountain Home, Arkansas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Cheryl Rizek; and brother, Denny Heim. Phyllis was a hairdresser. She had a love of music and Rock concerts.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte. A Private Family Service will be held. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 4 - 8 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
