Sue Ann Lovejoy

It bears heavy hearts to announce that on September 2, 2021, at 6:32 PM CST, Sue Ann Lovejoy passed away at the age of 73. 

 

Sue was born on November 22, 1947 to Kenneth Dean and Geraldine (Devereaux) Fall. 

 

Sue married James Lovejoy on November 13, 1965 and shared 55 loving years together.  Surviving are her husband; children, Lori Winters and Ron Lovejoy; 4 grandchildren, Cole Winters, Ashley Thayer, Haley Spencer, and Damen Lovejoy; 2 great-grandchildren, Kyndra Thayer and Logan Spencer; siblings, Gary Fall, Marsha Fall, and Cheryl Fall; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

 

Sue spent the majority of her life residing in Rolling Prairie, Indiana.  She enjoyed sunflowers, snowmen and windmill decorations, and Notre Dame football.  She had a large array of TV shows that she loved to record and then watch in her free time.  Sue loved to shop with her daughter.   

 

Sue was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  Her life revolved around being a grandparent/great-grandparent which she loved every minute of and which she never failed to show off any chance she could.  Sue was a huge fan of all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She always had advice for them and showered them with support, love, and excitement for anything they loved to do or wanted to do in life.

 

Sue touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by family and all of her friends.

 

Cremation will take place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Services, La Porte.

 

Sue requested no funeral services be held.  The family intends to have a private memorial at a later date.
