Phyllis J. Rapp, 84, Michigan City, IN, passed away Tuesday, June 1,

2021 at 8:45 pm in her home.

 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with  Pastor Mark Reshan officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9:00 am - 11:00 am, Wednesday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.
