Harriett Faye Potrzebowski, 76, of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away Monday, May 31, 2021.

 

Harriett was born January 29, 1945, in Goshen, Indiana to the late Melvin and Wynona (Hostetler) Grabill.

 

Harriett was a homemaker and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

 

Harriett is survived by her children, Julie (Steve) Goen, Steve (Mary) Potrzebowski, Janice (Richard) Pickett, Johanna Pickett, and Jennifer (David) Barker; ten grandchildren, Chris Goen, Erich Goen, Jared Pickett, Kate Pickett, Tony Pickett, Craig Pickett, Gregg Shaw, Santiago Potrzebowski, Rachel Pickett, and Jackson Potrzebowski; two great-granddaughters; two great-grandsons; two sisters, Melba (Vern) Beckman and Connie (James) Byrer, Sr.; and a brother, James (Amy) Grabill, Sr.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and two grandchildren, Emily Potrzebowski and Samantha Potrzebowski.

 

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, June 4, 2021, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana, where a memorial service will begin at 7 p.m. Cremation has taken place.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 1848, Longmont, CO 80502.
