Daniel P. Smith, 57, Michigan City, IN, passed away Wednesday, April 28,

2021 at 5:10 pm in his home from a struggling battle with pancreatic cancer.

 

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN with  Rev. Kevin Huber officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Saturday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.
