Adam Fedorowicz, 67, of La Porte (40 years), formerly of Olesnica, Poland, passed away unexpectedly at 5:55 a.m., Monday, April 5, 2021 in La Porte, Indiana.

A funeral celebrating his life will be held at 5 p.m., Saturday, April 10, 2021, at Lakeview Funeral Home & Crematory, La Porte, (219) 362-3100. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place in Poland at a later date. Burial will take place at Cmentarz Komunalny in Olesnica, Poland.
