Phyllis A. Daehn, 72, Michigan City, IN, passed away Friday, January 15, 2021 at 4:11 am in Northwest Health-Porter, Valparaiso, IN.
A celebration of life services will be observed on her birthday, July 28th, 2021. Invites will be sent out closer to then.

She was born July 28, 1948 in Michigan City, IN. She was raised by her adoptive mother Gladys Pagels. On February 11, 1978 in Michigan City, IN she married Dennis Daehn who survives in Michigan City, IN.
Also surviving are a daughter, Melissa (Allen) Miller of Michigan City, IN; son, Pete Callan of Michigan City, IN; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sister, Charlene Anderson of St. Petersburg, FL; and her brother, Forrest (Brenda) Cates of Michigan City, IN.
She was preceded in death by 11 siblings and her parents.
Phyllis had worked as a counselor at LaPorte Hospital. She enjoyed photography, painting, gardening and arts & crafts.
