Ruby was a store owner, for many years, at Marquette Mall, Michigan City.  She retired from a 40-year career as a face painter and clown.  Ruby created and designed various floral arrangements and crafts, which she sold at festivals, craft shows, and other venues.  She was a talented entrepreneur.  Ruby also enjoyed auctions and garage sales.  Even after retiring, she continued making her crafts and selling them in local shops.  She made time for everyone, be it at church, dinners, or other various gatherings.  Ruby was an extraordinary woman.  More than anything, Ruby loved spending time with her family and friends.  She never met a stranger.
