Eugene F. Neulieb, 85, DeBary, Florida, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 at 8:37 pm in Advent Health Center, Palm Coast, FL.

Private funeral services will be conducted. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Tuesday December 1, 2020 the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN.

He was born November 24, 1934 in Michigan City, IN to the late Leonard and Genevieve (Bartos) Neulieb. On September 19, 1953 in Michigan City, IN he married Joyce Black who survives in DeBary, FL.

Also surviving are two daughters, Brenda Neulieb of Sanford, FL and Beth (Greg) Henn of Michigan City, IN; two sons, Bruce (Linda) Neulieb and Bradford (Kelly) Neulieb, both of Michigan City, IN; grandchildren, Sarah Bendle, Renee Bays, Nick Neulieb, Kyle Neulieb and Casey Neulieb; step-granddaughter, Brooke Kubath; great-grandchildren, Colin, Braden, Caiden, Hunter, Chase and Maveryk; two step-great-grandchildren, Mason and Sam; and three sisters, Phyllis Nowatzke of Michigan City, IN, Barbara Hewitt of Westville, IN and Lorraine Barber of West Lafayette, IN.

He was also preceded in death by his brother, Robert Neulieb.

Eugene retired after 20 years as a firefighter for the Michigan City Fire Department. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
