Lois  Ann Weeden,  85, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Monday, September 14, 2020, at La Porte Hospital.

 

She was born September 20, 1934, in Cedar Point, Kansas, the daughter of Jim and Inez (Anderson) Weeden.

 

A member of the Bethany Lutheran Church in La Porte, Lois has lived in the La Porte area since grade school. In 1952 she graduated from Mill Creek High School. Lois retired as an office manager at Screw Machine Products after working there for many years.

 

She is survived by her sister, Ula Mae Godfrey of Lebanon, TN; a brother, Michael Alonson Weeden of Kentucky and several nieces and nephews. Lois was preceded in death by her siblings, Jim, Mary, Peggy, Annetta, Carol, Harris, and Larry.

 

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. Cremation has been selected and Lois will be buried with her mother at Pine Lake Cemetery.
