Brandon Lee Perez, 26, of La Porte, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2020. 

   

Brandon was born in La Porte, IN, on December 18, 1993, to Jeffrey J.and Lauressa A. (Arndt) Perez. 

 

Surviving Brandon are his daughter, Khloe Perez; parents, Jeffrey and Lauressa Perez of La Porte; siblings, Greg Elliott and Erika Perez, both of La Porte; nephews, Hayden, Landen, and Kamden Elliott and Carter Schlemmer; niece, Willow Elliott; grandparents, Jesus and Wanda Perez and Anna Arndt, all of La Porte; godparents, Howard Arndt of La Porte and Karen Giggy of La Porte; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

 

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, George and Colleen Humphrey and cousin, Marcos Ruiz.

 

Brandon enjoyed coaching his daughter's softball and t-ball teams.  He loved spending time and playing with his daughter, niece, and nephews.  Brandon enjoyed sports, especially the Cubs and Bears, but most importantly watching  "Street Outlawz", whom he had the opportunity to meet.  He also enjoyed mushroom hunting.

 

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.

   

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Larry Owens officiating.

 

A time of visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
