Bonnie J. Gray, 87, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Monday, July 6, 2020, at 4:11 pm in Franciscan Health - Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.

A memorial service for Bonnie will be held at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St, Michigan City, Indiana is handling arrangements.

She was born July 22, 1932, in Blue Island, Illinois to the late William Marlow and Elizabeth (Lynch) Baker. On May 8, 1954, in Chicago, IL she married William Gray who preceded July 30, 2006.

Surviving are two daughters, Barbara (Phil) Testa of Alsip, IL, Linda Melfi of La Porte, IN; five grandchildren, Brian (Lydia) Testa, Michael Testa, Shannon Melfi, Matthew Weybel, Christina (Ron) Nelson; two great-grandchildren, Chase and Charlotte; brother, William (Virginia) Marlow Jr. of Michigan City, IN; daughter-in-law, Jeanine Gray. She was preceded in death by her son, William E. Gray Jr.; daughter, Susan Gray; sister, Pat Furr; brother, Gale Marlow.

Bonnie retired after working for many years in the retail industry. She enjoyed flower gardening, crocheting, and knitting. She would also donate a lot of the items she would crochet too many various organizations and people in need. Bonnie was a very independent and active person who enjoyed spending time with her family.
