Cheryl Jean Lane

Cheryl Jean Lane, June 10, 1957-May 11, 2020,

 

Cheryl was born in Michigan City, IN, daughter of Thomas and Shirley (Elioff) Canon.

 

Cheryl was a graduate of Rogers High School and was a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

She is survived by her husband, William Lane, son Barry (Charity) Oliver, and their twins, Briggs and Ainsley. Also survived by son Brandon and his son Dhamon; also a sister, Rhonda Milcarek of Benton, Illinois, and mother Shirley Toms, also of Benton.

 

Cheryl was a lifelong Christian and loved the Lord intensely. She loved her dogs and enjoyed watching movies. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She suffered for many years from diabetes and its complications, but her suffering is over now and she is with God in heaven

.

There will be a "social distanced" - style service of remembrance held at Haverstock Funeral Home in La Porte, Indiana, at 11 am on Monday, May 18, 2020.
