He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

In his later years, he was deeply loved by Carol Ostby and her extended family.

He will be greatly missed.

He became the business manager of The La Porte Press in November of 1969 and retired to travel and then settled in Mesa, Arizona.

In November of 1993, he made the decision that after his death he would donate his body to Indiana University School of Medicine.  We have honored his wishes.

For his last couple of years, he had resided at Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay Assisted Living in Venice, Florida.

Do something special for someone in memory of our Dad/Grandpa/Great-Grandpa, he would like that.

A big, huge thank you to everyone at Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay and Tidewell Lakewood Ranch Hospice House.
